When making a report please be sure to include as much information as possible, including who you are reporting, any contact information on the person/business/employee, and any other information you believe is relevant about the suspected fraud. 

 

You may remain anonymous, but providing contact details allows us to follow up if necessary.

If you have a complaint about a provider that is not fraud related, you may submit your complaint using the NJCCIS Public Complaint form. To report child abuse and neglect, including those occurring in institutional settings such as childcare centers, schools, foster homes and residential treatment centers, contact the Child Abuse Hotline at 1-877-652-2873.
